Erin Strain is the Business Development Specialist in the Communications Department at St. Tammany Parish Hospital. Her background in the healthcare industry helps St. Tammany Parish Hospital expand its influence among physicians and patients by educating them about the world-class services, technology and quality available at the hospital and it’s many outpatient locations.

Owner, Yoga Teacher and Therapist, Becky is the director and primary teacher with over thirty years of teaching experience, twenty of which has included training teachers. MCoHL Founding Director.
Wellness Director for the Community Center at Christwood, has a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Sciences from University of Southern Mississippi. He has a comprehensive understanding of health and wellness for the actively aging residents of Christwood and the senior community of West St. Tammany.
Senior Wellness Consultant at Gilsbar, Inc. Ms. Carlson specializes in developing company-specific wellness strategies that impact a client's bottom line. Ms. Carlson is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, as well as a member of the National Wellness Institute. She is also a Certified Smoking Cessation Facilitator.
Michael J. Haas, MD
Dr. Haas has been a practicing physician for 30 years. He was originally trained in Family Practice, but has also done Emergency Medicine and Hospice. His interest in health and preventive medicine has grown over the years, and he is about to complete teacher training as a Yoga instructor. Dr. Haas also heads up a medical device development company. He graduated from Tulane University in 1979 with a Magna Cum Laude degree in BioMedical Engineering. He received his M.D. in 1983 from LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans and completed his residency training in Family Practice in 1986.
Sandy Matthews, Department Head, St. Tammany Parish Hospital (STPH) Community Wellness Center, has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management. The STPH Community Wellness Center provides the Women, Infants, and Children Food Supplement Program (WIC), the Nurse Family Partnership Program for first-time pregnant moms who are Medicaid eligible, and Adult and Childhood Immunizations.
Sue Osbon, Ph.D.
Mental Health Professional, Licensed Professional Counselor, Educator, STPH Board of Commissioners and Business Owner
Executive Director of the West St. Tammany YMCA,. Born in New Orleans, he has been a resident of Covington for the last 25 years. He and his wife, Kelly, have been married for 16 years and have 3 children. Joey is a former STPSB teacher / basketball coach and business owner. As the recipient of the Outstanding Graduate Award in Kinesiology from Southeastern La. University, he brings his leadership, experience, and enthusiasm to the YMCA and Covington community.
