Planning Commission Meeting Deadlines, Dates, Agendas & Minutes

Please note that:

• • A Pre-Conference Meeting is recommended and should be scheduled at least one week prior to the deadline date.
  • The scheduled Planning & Zoning Commission meetings are held at the City Council Chambers located at 222 Kirkland Street.
  • All Planning & Zoning Commission meetings are normally held on the third Monday of each month at 6:30 P.M. unless a holiday falls on that date.  In that case, the meeting will be held on the second Monday of the month.
  • The Petitioner or Representative must be present at all Meetings.
  • All applications must be submitted by 4:00 P.M. of the deadline date. The applications must be complete at the time of submittal.  If the application is not complete, we will not accept the application. Due to advertisement and public notice requirements no extension to the deadline date will be given.
