The Covington Tree Board was established to counsel the City with regard to the preservation, pruning, planting and replanting of trees and shrubs in parks, along streets, and in other public areas. While the City encourages the planting of trees, all proposed plantings on public property must be approved by the CITY TREE BOARD. An application for planting on public property must first be submitted to the City Tree Board. You may obtain a City of Covington Tree Board Application to Appear form in the City Hall lobby and the City Council Clerk's office in City Hall or for a printable copy --
